To provide the best possible service to all our clients seeking exercise physiology, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy services, we have implemented a 48-hour business day cancellation policy. Please review the details below:  

Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 business hours before your scheduled appointment. Business hours are considered Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.  

Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 48 business hours before your appointment, including cancellations made on Friday for a Monday appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.  

How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us on 5672 1487 or 0415 386 657. We recommend doing so as early as possible to avoid any charges.
